We ship all units by Fed Ex ground to the address you gave when filling out our SRA form.
If you are checking on a Behringer, Midas, TC Helicon, Denon DJ, Marantz Professional or Alto Professional product you may not have filled out our form. In that case please use your RA# or RMA# in place of the SRA# for tracking information.
