Please be aware that all ship in units will be checked into our system at the time they are repaired. If you are checking status please allow at least one week for back-log time from when your unit was delivered. You can verify your unit was delivered by checking the tracking number from your shipper.
We try our very best to work on units in order they are received but sometimes there can be delays. We will not be responsible for delays due to holiday closings, parts backorders from manufacturers or any unforeseen circumstances.
